Eligibility

Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login method and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms or abused the Service.
Your content
- Ownership: You retain ownership of photos, recordings, text, and other content you submit (“User Content”).
- License to operate: You grant MemoryTies a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service (including making shared content available to people you choose).
- Permissions: You represent you have the rights necessary to upload and share your User Content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the Service (probing, scanning, scraping, or bypassing security).
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
Sharing and guests
Some content may be shared via links or invitations you create. You are responsible for how and with whom you share. Guests may be able to contribute to content you share.
Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, email delivery or hosting). We are not responsible for third-party products or services that we do not control.
