Christopher and Trishelle and their family moved in with me in Provo. The girls, Abby, Holly, and Evie, were living in the basement room, the large one, and I decided to let let them paint a picture on their wall. So we found a picture of Calvin and Hobbs that they liked, and they got to work painting on it. They had a lot of fun. I borrowed a projector from the office and projected the image onto the wall, which I then outlined with a marker or a pencil, one of the two.
And they were so I traced it onto the wall, and they were able to then just paint it. I got some acrylic paints specifically for this, and they enjoyed it. It was it was so much fun. I enjoyed seeing it seeing it move forward and and get finished. They enjoyed being able to paint an image on the wall.
Really? I get to paint on the wall? It was so such a good time. And this was in the the boys' room. It was this was Jack and Ammon's room when they were living with me.
So having a joyous picture of Calvin and and his tiger flying off of a a wagon holding an umbrella. That was pretty cool. So they they really enjoyed doing that. Evie got in in on it too, but mostly it was Abby and Holly.
